Founded in 2010, we’ve guided 14 million voters through the process and supported election officials at over 30,000 polling places. And, Democracy Works tools are the #1 way voters find accurate, up-to-date voting information online. Yep, our data was viewed over 500 million times in 2020 alone.

Democracy Works' innovations focus on the organization's core value: helping Americans vote.
TurboVote was overhauled in 2022 to guide users through the voting process, from registering to vote, to getting election reminders, to finding your polling location, and more.
We supported more than 1,500 elections in 2022 and are on track to support more than 3,000 in 2023. Last year, we answered 51,822 voter inquiries with a median reply time of five minutes. Don't take our word for it, hear it from voters directly. Greg in California told us:
